The Chicago Air & Water Show is the second most popular festival on Chicago, United States. It is the largest free show of its kind in North America. The show on Aug 15, 2009 to Aug 16, 2009. This largest spectator event time is 10 am to 4 am. each day.
Chicago Air & Water Show originating in 1959, the show was held under the direction of Al Benedict, a Chicago Park District Supervisor at Lake shore Park. The show was titled the Lake shore Park Air & Water Show, and was a part of a “Family Day celebration" for children enrolled in the Chicago Park District’s day camp program.
