AT&T promised to release Free MMS Update, they will bring iPhone MMS to the iPhone 3G and iPhone 3GS today. It have not announced any specific time launch of MMS, but they have said that it will be at late morning, Pacific time. AT&T delayed the launch of the iPhone Multimedia Messaging Service.
The new MMS update come with free feature will finally be available on iPhone 3G and iPhone 3GS. If you have an iPhone 2G or iPhone 1G, there’s no word on your iPhone MMS will be available for those models.
How much people using MMS Service?
In 2008 ABI Research Report, MMS made up just 2.5 percent of all messages sent from phones worldwide, and 97.5 percent were SMS text messages. ABI expects the MMS share to grow to just 4.5 percent by 2014.
What is iPhone MMS?
The new iPhone MMS feature allows users to Send, Receive, Delete a Picture, Audio or Video Multimedia Message (MMS) and has using short messaging service.
