5-year-old Shaniya Davis cause of death is asphyxiation and the autopsy result is she was raped, announced by Police in Fayetteville held at 8 PM Live News Conference. The girl death suspects are her mother Antoinette Nicole Davis, 25-year-old, and Mario Andrette McNeill.
Investigators along with the district attorney for Cumberland county said that, Mario McNeill has has been charged with rape and first degree murder in addition to first degree kidnapping charges.
