Toyota Vehicle company recall list has been issued to fix Toyota floor mats. The September 2009 Toyota will recall 3.8 million vehicles in the United States, because The Federal Department of Transportation has issued an "urgent" warning to owners of several Toyota and Lexus models, strongly advising them to address problems with a removable floor mat that could interfere with the vehicle’s accelerator and cause a crash.

The news issued by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, the advisory notice urges that drivers not replace the mats with anything else. U.S. Transportation Secretary Ray LaHood called the recall "an urgent matter."

According to the Toyota press release on the floor mat recall [Source: Associated Press], "Recent events have prompted Toyota to take a closer look at the potential for an accelerator pedal to get stuck in the full open position due to an unsecured or incompatible driver's floor mat."

Recently she was found in death. Police said she had not yet been identified Annie but they were assuming the body found at a medical building on Sunday.

According to BBC News, "Shortly after 1700, the Connecticut state police major crime squad located the remains of a human secreted within a wall inside the building of number 10, Amistad Street," said New Haven Assistant Police Chief Peter Reichard.

"Detectives have a large amount of physical evidence"
"At the same time, the police department is assuming the role as the lead agency in this case, which is more or less moving from a missing person's case to a homicide investigation," said Assistant Police Chief Peter Reichard.
